Finding Moment Arm

Hello all,
After performing a muscle analysis using the CMC results I got with my model and kinematic data, I tried to graph the moment arm of a particular muscle from the analysis by looking at the moment arm files. When I do this, I get the following message "The file Specified: 'file name' is corrupt or have no valid data. Ignoring...". Would anyone know why the data would be invalid or the file would be corrupt?
