How to analyze Knee Extension in Opensim?

Hello.

I have question about analyze Knee extension in Opensim 3.1
If subject is sitting, (contact between pelvis and sitting position)
How could I analyze knee extension?

Do I have to fix pelvis DOF?
or Do I have to add actuator in pelvis?
