Hello all,
I have switched to OpenSim 3.3 and I could not longer see the experimental and virtual markers together, when I preview the markers after scaling. How do you think I can see both the marker sets at a time?
In my process of iterating scaling, I match up my virtual marker to the experimental marker- Record its position (x, y, x coordinates) and go back to the original model to move my marker to that position. Currently I do this for around 20 times for each model to achieve the errors within limits. Is there a better way to do scaling? Thanks for all the help.
Best regards
Satya

Dear Satya,
This is related to the issue and discussion described here

You can load the experimental markers once (separately) and then sync the motions to iterate.
Hope this helps,
-Ayman
