how to modify files and balance RRA

In the process of RRA, the analysis will run if I increase the range of controlconstraints, but the residuals will be big. Then if I decrease the optimal force for the actuator that has larger residual, the RRA will not be running.
I am keeping back and forth with it.
Could someone give me some suggestions to overcome this issue?
