Muscle Stiffness for child

According to the paper reference of Thelen2003Muscle.

Its only stated about the adult model age 30-70 years old, I wonder that if I want to know the value of KshapePassive, KshapeActive, and also other value related to setting of Thelen2003Muscle function of child, do you have any idea?
