Arm26 using Matlab

Post by Malavika Harikrishnan » Tue Apr 05, 2016 6:41 am

Hello,

I am trying to model the arm26 model using Matlab
However I got only as far as adding the humerus as the first body and just trying to run this with any kind of joint makes my opensim crash

When I tried custom joint it kept giving me error invalid parent body- ground
Any other joint type, crashes the software

The XML of the original file and mine are same at all parts except the joint

Please tell me if there is a matlab code available for arm26 or a similar one for reference or how I can solve this problem

Thank you

It is unclear what are you trying to do. Are you building a model programmatically (in Matlab), or are you writing a model in XML and trying to read it into OpenSIm (via Matlab)?
