We collected some motion capture data with a similar marker set. It seems we can scale the data with body weight and using a neutral trial. When loading the dynamic trial, the program crashes.
Is there any step by step process that you can provide for motion capture groups?

RE: marker set details again
Hi Thomas. Thanks for posting. We are working this fall on documentation for OpenSim. We may have some rough documentation that we may be able to post that addresses your issues. I will look into it.
Preparing and parsing .trc files has proven to be an error prone process. In part this is due to the fact that .trc files can contain white space characters (e.g., tabs) that actually mean something. You can't see tabs, but they change the way column of data are interpreted. If you are reading in a static trial, but the dynamic trial doesn't work, I suspect there is something in the dynamic trial header or column labels that is causing the problem.
