Inverse Dynamics

Hi
What is the unit of moment that we get as a result of inverse dynamics.Newton meters or Newton centimeters.If so I get upto 100 Nm for one of the MCP joint when grasping a ball in 1.5 seconds.Is that right to proceed

That's a good question to ask, but the answer will depend on the model you're using, the research question you're asking, etc. You might be interested in the following paper:
