I created the below .mot file to determine the joint moments and muscle moments of the fingers.
But static optimization doesn't run for this motion file (which is not my requirement as I need only joint and muscle moments).Because SO doesnt run,is this way of creating a motion file wrong? .

Its stuck.Not at all running.Will it matter for determining only joint moments and muscle moments or atleast for joint moments

What model are you using? Have you confirmed that all relevant bodies have nonzero mass?

If I open your .mot in Excel, the column headers and data columns are not aligned and the whole looks really messy. You might want to check your delimitation.

@Tom Uchida
Thanks a lot sir
I am using Wrist model.I now made sure that All the relevant body masses are non zero.It got executed .
