Virtual Marker Location

Hello Everyone, I am beginner to Opensim ..
Can I add or edit virtual marker location in model 2354 as they gave the file gait2354_Scale_MarkerSet which give us virtual marker location on model 2354 ??

I thought yes then How I import that marker directly in model 2354 so that I can add marker by using Navigator window.

When I used the scale tool I add marker in model 2354 and I saved that Marker-Save to file then that marker give me virtual marker location or experimental marker location...??
