Bone positions and orientation + Muscle origin/Via/insertions

Post by Jum Wld » Mon Jul 31, 2017 5:47 am

Hello,

I am building an upper limb model in Simulink. I need information about Bone ( positions and orientation ), Muscle path (origin/Via/insertions), and wrapping sufaces.

Anyone can help me in how can I extract these information from OpenSim model using MATLAB? Where can I find sample codes ?

Regards,
Jum

You can find MATLAB scripts in the Confluence documentation, in your OpenSim installation directory (under Scripts\Matlab), and on this Forum.

- "Scripting with Matlab" Confluence page: http://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:80 ... ith+Matlab

- I searched the Forum for "matlab position" and found this: viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=91&t=8068; a search for "matlab muscle points" returned this: viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=91&t=7831.
