How can I make plugin?

Hello.

I try to make plugin which is same function as force reporter (for practice)
However, even I copy in opensim source and paste in plugin source code,
it did not work.
I run plugin in OpenSim GUI but It just shut down.
Could you tell me what happen to my code?
Attached is my working source code.
