Dear All:
Could anyone help with a question that, are there any methods using OpenSim API (or GUI) for the decomposition of the ground reaction force for each muscle ?

Thank you in advance!

Best regards
Jack

There are no in-built methods for this.

Perhaps you're looking for the Induced Accelerations Analysis (https://simtk.org/api_docs/opensim/api_ ... ml#details). See this paper:

Hamner, S.R., Delp, S.L. Muscle contributions to fore-aft and vertical body mass center accelerations over a range of running speeds. Journal of Biomechanics, vol 46, pp 780-787. http://nmbl.stanford.edu/publications/p ... er2012.pdf

Thank you very much and I'll try it.
