Please, can someone help me with a model to calculate the forces associated with valgus knee deformity?

Please, I want a sequential steps to incorporate this model; "Resolving Medial and Lateral Knee Joint Contact Forces in OpenSim".

Step (1) Download the model from the project page (https://simtk.org/frs/?group_id=980)
Step (2) UnZip the model folder
Step (3) Open The Model in OpenSim
Step (4) Use the Model in your research
