Attaching muscle to muscle

Hi.
I need to attach muscle to muscle.
One of my idea is attaching the point of muscle A to the point of muscle B. But at the same time one point should be dependent to the other point. That means muscle A is like a tendon/ligament and dependent to the muscle B.
It would be possible? Or have any advice?
