I want to analyse human body motion (body bio-mechanics,2D 3D Kinematics) of a sewing operator. For that purpose I want to upload the video and I want the movement analysis to be done by Opensim software. How it is possible?

OpenSim doesn't take video as an input. You will need either a three-dimensional motion capture system or you will have to make your own inputs for data that you have.
