Postural control after applying a perturbation

Hello,
I am interested in modeling of human postural control after applying a perturbation. This kind of simulation needs to consider stability equation (i.e. the second derivative of energy against general coordinates) in addition to the equilibrium equation (i.e. the first derivatives). Is there any possibility in OpenSim to have or add this equation to the optimization?
