C3D to MAT

Post by Jan Thomas » Sat Oct 01, 2016 2:49 am

Hi all,
I am trying to do the C3D to MAT part as per the instructions; but when I run the C3D2MAT.m file I get an error message in the matlab command window "add shared path". I don't know what could be the problem as I have already added the btk folder and the src folder to the matlab path.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks again

Regards,
Jan

Hi there

It worked for me if I changed the code to include the full path of the shared folder.

Hope this helps

Thanks Sir! It is working now. I have yet another doubt, is it possible to use the .mot files obtained from the test data on the opensim model (Gait models in the opensim directory)?

Best regards,
Jan

Sir,
The error I mentioned in the last post is repeating again. I also tried reinstalling the MOToNMS package and followed the steps all over again. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks in advance

Best regards,
Jan

So I changed the code slightly so that it worked. And I did the same for C3D2MAT, static elaboration and dynamic elaboration.

Also, with regards to the models there are some models for the test data.

indexPhpbb.php?group_id=1038&pluginname=phpBB

If you download the test data from the above link you will find some .osim files for each test data file.

Regards,
Julian
