After previewing the experimental data (.trc and .mot files converted with MOtoNMS ) in OpenSim, I syncronized the motions but the GRF vectors visually appear only after the second foot strike (with left foot), i.e when the foot hits the second force plate.It seems like the .mot file has some delay regarding .trc file. Furthermore, I plotted the Y component of the ground forces in time and they overlap. I also checked the range of time on both files and it is the same, so I really don't know what is wrong...
