Thoracolumbar Model Results

Hi,
I ran FullBodyModel_v2.0_OS4.osim for quite standing condition in Opensim GUI. However, when I use Matlab code (downloaded from thoracolumbar model documents) for obtaining spine loading, the results like muscles and joint reaction forces are different with the ones I've got from GUI.
I appreciate any help in this regard.
