Model updated for OpenSim v4.0

The purpose of this project is to provide a model of the human knee capable of resolving medial and lateral tibiofemoral contact forces.

The model will be released upon publication of the manuscript describing its development.

Model updated for OpenSim v4.0

Hi,

I have updated the original model so that it is compatible with OpenSim v4.0 (attached).

Minor updates:

1. Coordinate patella_l_constrained_knee_angle: motion_type=coupled
2. Coordinate patella_r_constrained_knee_angle: motion_type=coupled
3. Joint of body sagittal_articulation_frame_l renamed to knee_l from knee_r

Thx!!! I downloaded the API to make the automatic adaptation, but was stuck than. I could open it. Hope now the joint reaction analysis works :D maybe a link on the project side would be great?!
