Preperations to the MSM consortium meeting

Hi Everyone,

Many are planning to attend the MSM-IMAG consortium meeting. I know that Ahmet and Lealem are preparing the presentation for the committee - I will let them to lead this discussion in the forum.

However, I am interested in what other committee members had in mind. I know some are leading or participating in some workgroups. It would be interesting to get a picture of our involvement as a group.

Allow me to start.

I will be presenting a poster, and I started communicating with 3 workgroups:

3. High Performance Computing group: http://www.imagwiki.nibib.nih.gov/media ... king_Group

If others from the committee are interested in one of those groups, I will be happy to communicate further. I already had some communications with the group leads.

Specifically, if any one is working with HPC or thinking about it, I draw your attention to the survey on the group wiki above - please do help figure out what your HPC needs are by filling the survey on the workgroup wiki and sending an email to the leads. This may help understand what Is needed.

Hi Jacob,

I am not sure if you are aware, but CPMS is going to be joining the Translational Working Group breakout session. During this time, we plan to discuss the ten simple rules, the glossary of terms and the next steps to advance the development of the guideline.

Ahmet and I will tag with Marc and Bill in order to coordinate the agenda for that breakout session.
