Crash during IK

Post by Chris Drew » Fri Apr 10, 2015 3:24 am

Hi,

I am working on running IK -> ID -> CMC on my model (Prosthetic knee running) and am running into an issue.

Whenever I try and run IK, OpenSim just closes. No error message, no error dump in the root file, it just closes.

Any ideas?

The model is based on Hamner 2010 full body model, truncated to hips and below, and the marker data has been recorded from an athlete based on the standard Plug-in-Gait marker layout (full body), with marker data removed from the upper body post-processing. Could this have an impact causing the crash as described? Marker numbers and labels all match, if the model scale is slightly out could that present an issue here?

Problem appears to be solved, seems to have been a memory error.

Hi Chris

Can you specify how you fixed the problem?
I have had a similar problem with Osim crashing during IK
