Skewed Joint Angles Post-CMC

Post by Kathleen Reilly » Wed Feb 25, 2009 12:19 pm

After I run RRA, my states file contains results that appear valid. (The dorsi-plantarflexion simulated matched real values from lab). After I run CMC, however, this becomes extremely skewed and when plotted, simply looks like noise. However, the other values in my post-CMC states file(fiber length, activation etc) seem valid. Any ideas on why the joint angles become skewed during CMC?
