Scaling Model Problem

Hi,

Everttime I try to do measurement in Scale Model Tool, the software would stop running suddnely and shows a window says 'Opensim64 has stopped working'. What should I do to solve this problem? Unless I cannot continue my project.

Can you report the err.log and out.log located in the OpenSim installation folder?

out.log can be found attached, but there's no contenr in the err.log.
