GIL trials questions

Post by qin geyu » Wed Dec 21, 2016 2:47 am

I recently analysis the human lower limb ,Through the study of the experimental data GIL series about May Liu's walking study in the Stanford Web site , I want to get the joint torque curve in Figure 2 in paper named 《Muscle contributions to support and progression over a range of walking speeds.》
Some of the problems are as follows:
1.The experimental data in the figure is the shaded area data, the simulation result is black line, and the simulation data is finished by which tool in the opensim, what process I should go through ,how can I get the curve ?
2. Table 4 of Readmeinfo document shows that, GIL01 cycle time shows 2.52s, but the mot document only to 1.65s, Is my data downloaded not complete?or how to process the data for getting the entire cycle of gait?thanks a lot ~~~
