How do you use this code? Please provide more details (which VS, which version of OpenSim, etc). The code in the sandbox folder is compatible with the current version of OpenSim.

Hello Dimitar,

Thanks for getting back.

I was actually using a different taskSpaceController (https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opensim ... acecontrol). Can I get support for that or you're suggesting I go ahead with the one you've pointed out?

Also, do I need to build OpenSim 4.0 to use the code you pointed to?

My current configuration is:
Visual Studio 14 (2015)
OpenSim 3.3 (VC 2015)

Thank you for your support!

Kenechukwu

Hi,
Also, do I need to build OpenSim 4.0 to use the code you pointed to?
Yes if you are to use the suggested example (sandbox). This PR was made some time ago and it may be possible that it does not work in the present version of OpenSim, since these examples are not supported as they are ideas for future version of OpenSim. If you have a problem please go to the previous version (check the history of the .cpp file in github) which was verified to work when I made the PR.

About the other repository it is not clear which version of OpenSim has been used, so that is why you get a lot of errors.

PS: the version that this PR was submitted: https://github.com/mitkof6/opensim-core/tree/task_space

Best
