Hi Hongzhi,

We have successfully recompiled the source code with MAXSURF = 300 in common_c.h and global.h.

The code seems to be running without issues on a cluster. However, when testing the cylinder example on the site, it appears that running with 4 processors takes a lot longer than running on 1.

Could this be a result of the MAXSURF being increased?

Thanks,

Vitaly

PS Sorry if this seems like a waste of a question. I realize that I could just try recompiling with MAXSURF = 100 and see if that speeds things up. However, I would have to get cluster administrators involved in that, so I am hoping to check with you before I need to do that.
