Changes in Coordinates

Post by Krishnakumar Sankar » Sun Jan 28, 2018 11:58 pm

Hai,
I would like to apply Elastic foundation model for a grasp activity using wrist model.

In order to mesh the segments of the wrist I imported the segments individually one by one as .stl files in a meshing software.

I did this to have the same orientation of the wrist model so that I can have a single meshed file after which I can call the individual bodies in the code in the contact mesh part.

But some of the segments are misaligned in the meshing software. So to mesh the model, what would be the possible method.

Could you provide suggestions on how to proceed with this ?

When opened in Opensim, the segment files opens properly

But here there is misalignment

You will have to manually change the position of the misaligned segments.
