Error while opening modified .xml code in opensim

Error while opening modified .xml code in opensim

Hey,
I am having trouble with the following error. I have made slight modifications to the XML code of the existing 3D_gaitModel2392 to attach arms to the body. when i open the .osim file in Opensim i get the following error. i am not able to understand the nature of the error. can you please help me with it?

ERROR:

Could not construct a model.
