I'd like to investigate the sit to stand motion of many patterns (more than 100 patterns).
Difference of each patterns are defined to change its joint angles.
I thought about using Opensim to observe the difference in muscle activity between each standing patterns.
In the OpenSim, if I want to do IK, Scaling and so on, we need motion capture data (.trc). But it's hard to get all patterns data of motion capture because there are too many patterns.
In this case, do you have any ideas to investigate many patterns of STS movement without experiment data (.trc)?
If I need to make .trc to examine this, could you tell me how to make .trc data?
