Hi
I'm trying to get the segmentation step plugin working, but seem to be running into some problems installing it into the MAPClient. As far as I can work out it seem to be that OpenCMISS-Zinc is not available. Just wondering if youve run into this problem before? Ive attached a screenshot of the error below:
Thanks,
David

Re: SegmentationStep Plugin
Hi David,
Personally I have never use the plugin you are referring to. You are correct in saying it is an OpenCMISS problem, the problem is that i'm assuming you don't have OpenCmiss installed with python bindings. Now I have never personally installed CMISS with or without the bindings so i'm afraid I cannot provide any concrete step by step instructions to help with this installation.
I did have a look around the ABI website and found some documentation regarding CMISS installation etc which is attached below.
Tutorial for using python in OpenCMISS

Info about OpenCMISS
http://cmiss.bioeng.auckland.ac.nz/Open ... ation.html
Install instruction for OpenCMISS

Hopefully this information helps, good luck with installation of OpenCMISS if you go down this track. Let me know how it goes.
Cheers
Bryce
