hi,
When I run the rra workflow, loading the gait2392_RRA_ControlConstraints file will cause an error. RRA can continue to run without loading the gait2392_RRA_ControlConstraints file. I want to know if the RRA settings are using the default settings when the RRA file is not loaded. What happens when I don't load the rra file? Can someone explain this question?
thanks.

Re: rra-workflow
What is the error, can you post the message?
If you don't provide Control Constraints the controls won't be constrained.

Re: rra-workflow
The picture is the error provided by this messages window. I don't know how to solve this problem.

Re: rra-workflow
It looks like the error is being generated by CMC, not RRA. Please see the "Best Practices and Troubleshooting Tips" section on the "Getting Started with CMC" documentation page: https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... ootingTips.

Is there any way to reduce the residual? I have adjusted the mess and decreased the weight for coordinate. But I am a bit confused that I should increase the weight of those coordinates. The experimental data is from hopping. The document says that
Residuals will also be larger if there are external forces that you have not accounted for, such as a subject walking with a handrail.
