OpenSim Setup files

Hi,

Does anybody know how the parameter in the OpenSim Setup files for the Scaling and the IK tool where chosen? The files contain manual scaling factors and selected weights. Were these parameters chosen dependent on the study from John et al. 'Stabilisation of walking by intrinsic muscle properties revealed in a three-dimensional muscle-driven simulation'?

As far as I am aware, Yes, they took manual measurements and computed the scale factors outside of OpenSim. This was done to simply show that it is possible to apply manual measurements.
