Incorrect Scaling Results

Post by Pia Stefanek » Tue Jan 22, 2019 3:29 am

Hi,

I am using an adapted MoBL ARMS model and try to perform scaling therefore using an experimental marker file. When I perform scaling my markers are not placed correctly. I added the model and the setup file to this post and a picture where my model and the markers are shown after scaling. Does anybody know what could be the reason for my incorrect results?

Thank you in advance
Pia

You need to save the scaled model next to the geometry folder that comes along with the MoBL model and reload it.

Ok I think that the reason for my failure was that I did not set the markers by myself before scaling. So maybe someone can tell me if the following scaling steps are correct:
1.I load the MOBL ARM model and remove the markers
2.I set new markers at the positions where they are set in my experiments (the names are referred to my .trc marker file)
3.I perform scaling with the setup file that I posted above.

Is this correct?
