how to understand the express_in_frame of analysis tool? Is it the corresponding reference system?

Each body has its own reference frame. Quantities are expressed (measured) in some reference frame (e.g., ground). One can reexpress (transform) any measure from one reference frame to another using the appropriate transformation function:
