Inverse Dynamics and .mot file

Post by xueqin luo » Mon Mar 11, 2019 7:43 am

Hello all
I have some questions about Inverse Dynamics and .mot file.
Inverse Dynamics Input
subject01-walk1-ik.mot:Motion file containing the time histories of generalized coordinates that describe the movement of the model. This file could be generated by the Inverse Kinematics Tool or manually. The file does not need to contain values for all coordinates. The coordinates that were not specified are assumed to have default values.
Questions:
What is the difference about subject01-walk1-ik.mot and normal.mot?
I use Noraxon Myomotion to measure joint angle. The data I measured just have joint angle and don't have pelvis-tx.pelvis-ty and pelvis-tz.I want to know if the data can be used as normal.mot or subject01-walk1-ik.mot.And what should I do to deal the data?
