Problem with OpenSim 4.0

hellow, I'm trying to use openSim but, when I open it, one mistake apeers in the window
It says: Failed to loas one or more dynamic libreries for Open Sim. java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no osimJavaJNI in java.library.path Make sure OpenSim's bin directory is on your PATH.
the the program starts, but i can't use the file menu.
I hope you coul help me with that problem. thanks

Make sure OpenSim's bin directory is on your PATH.
Did you add the OpenSim bin directory to the system PATH variable?

You should copy the path of the bin directory located in the installation directory of OpenSim (e.g. C:/OpenSim 4.0/bin)

then you should add this to the PATH variable:

You can also use the Rapid Environmental Editor

especially on Windows in order to manage the environmental variables of the system.
