Can we develop a marker set from a .trc experimental data file in opensim?

You would have to write a Matlab code that reads in data from a trc file and outputs a marker set file. Marker sets are relatively constant for many experimental trials and so creating, or augmenting, a marker set is not very common. It is more efficient to add the markers directly to the model in the OpenSim GUI and save the model.
