Use Vicon's data in OpenSim

Post by Isabela Tesser » Thu Nov 29, 2018 4:41 am

Hi, for my project i'm trying to use vicon's data about volunteers in a quiet upright posture in OpenSim using a model Gait2392. I'm trying to convert cvs using the "lee-son toolbox" for scaling a model, but it's not working. I have a trajectories data of markers inside this csv. So i'm having a hard time doing this. May you can help me given a step by step about how can i use this datas in a model Gait2392, how is the way to do this?

Thank you.

You can look at the user guide for more information

https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8 ... +Your+Data

OpenSim 4.0 provide conversation utilities for .c3d files supported by Vicon. BTK (http://biomechanical-toolkit.github.io/) is also used for converting data from Vicon to OpenSim.The .csv file that you use must be appropriately converted so it can be used by the system.

Hi Isabela Tesser,
I also tried the lee-son tool box. In 1.5.0 version, .csv file must contains both the trial and the force data. You can try again.
