Hi,
I have made solid models using my segmentation contours but when I try to mesh it, it gives an error. The error doesn't mention what the problem is or how to fix it, just says error. I have tried modifying the meshing parameters and everything else I could think of but nothing seems to work.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Meshing doesn't work
Hi Aditi,
Meshing errors are currently only shown in a console window on Windows and Ubuntu. On MacOS you need to execute SV from a terminal using /Applications/SimVascular.app/Contents/MacOS/SimVascular to see the errors.
Meshing errors are typically caused by problems in the model. The model must be well-defined, that is it must be a closed surface, no creases or self-intersections. Bad models cab be created by using 2D segmentations (contours) that don't create a good surface.
If you upload your model to a place I can download it I'll have a look.
Cheers,
Dave
