Do you mean you are looking for walking data or for the process of performing simulations of human walking?

I want to design normal human and need to calculate metabolic rate.
So I have loaded a gait2354 model first then go for scaling and IK but I don't know how much tools should I use for human walking.
Now please tell me serially which tools I use to design normal human walking.

The tools you use in OpenSim depend on the questions that you are trying to answer. You will need to figure out what tools you need based on your own needs. There are numerous tutorials, here, that you can go through and there are papers you can read, here.
