How to calculate muscle activation of right leg for gait2354 model.

I need to calculate muscle activation of right leg for gait2354 model. I want to calculate soleus_r , Gastroc_r , Tibia_ant_r , Tibia_post_r for gait2354 model.
Please help me how to plot the muscle activation.
