What is your preferred method for creating videos of musculoskeletal models with very high resolutions and framerates?

I have had (reasonable) success using MacOS screen recording for video capture on a large monitor. I then trim the video using pretty standard tools (Quicktime on MacOS) before doing any conversion using ffmpeg.
