Quantitative Segmentation

Post by A P » Fri Sep 06, 2019 2:57 pm

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to quantify the dimensions of a 2D segmentation. Specifically, I would like to be able to control the size of a circular segmentation by setting a numerical value for the radius. Could someone please guide me?

Thank you,
AP

Hi AP,

You can set the size of a circular segmentation by right clicking on the **Circle** button and then right clicking on **Create Manual Circle** button that is displayed.

Note that leaving the mouse stationary over widgets (e.g. button) often displays information about how to use the widget.

Cheers,
Dave
