export .msl and . jnt files from OpenSim to Abaqus

Post by Yunus Rezvanifar » Sun Oct 27, 2019 2:31 am

I wanna do an analysis in Abaqus and need to import femur bone geometry, surrounding muscles, and their forces and directions.
I used the MuscleForceDirection plugin but the question is how can I import .msl and .jnt files to Abaqus to have the mentioned properties there in Abaqus?

Hello,

OpenSim does not create jnt or msl files, these were made by another third party software package (SIMM) that we supported many years ago, and we stopped supporting this format since version 4.0.
