Can Input to NMS builder be c3d files?

Analyze how robust are image-based musculoskeletal models to the uncertainties in parameter identification, and provide software for subject-specific model creation (NMSBuilder) and probabilistic simulations of movement.

Can Input to NMS builder be c3d files?

Hi,
I understand from the documentation that the input to build an Opensim model using NMS builder is MRI(Dicom Data), Is there possiblity of using c3d or Mocap data with NMS Builder? Kindly let me know.

Thanks

Hi,
I could see so many views, but I don't understand why there is no reply. It's not that all of us using Opensim are from Biomechanics background nor physiology, at least when viewing if it's very basic question or if anyone finds it irrelevant in some way, please could you comment that too, would be of real help.

Thanks
