CMC/muscle analysis output files

Post by Danielle Trowell » Mon Nov 18, 2019 8:19 pm

Hi Everyone,

When we run CMC and muscle analysis, our CMC actuator force file and muscle analysis fiber force and muscle analysis tendon force files report the same values. Does the CMC actuator file represent combined muscle-tendon force? And why are we getting the same values for CMC actuators, fiber force and tendon force for each muscle?

Help is much appreciated!

Kind regards,
Danielle

Actuator force and tendon force should be equal. Tendon force and fiber force will be equal if pennation is zero.
