How to calculate muscle activation , knee angle ?

I have provided path actuator to the model gait2354.osim so I want to calculate muscle activations of right leg after providing path actuator but " I haven't provided actuator on the muscle, I have provided actuator on the body only". So I want to compare with normal person without providing actuator and with providing actuator results of muscle activations of right leg and Hip-Knee-Ankle angle.
How I calculate muscle activations and knee angle of leg muscles ?
Please Help.
