Scaling

Post by Jess White » Wed Jan 22, 2020 6:22 am

Hi

I have collected three-dimensional landmark coordinates from CT scans of dry bone, using ImageJ software. Is it possible to scale a model using these coordinates? The bones were not orientated in the same space when the coordinate data was collected.

Thanks Jess

Hi Jess,

It's not clear what you're trying to o but you can treat the 3D coordinates of the landmarks as markers in OpenSim, what you do with them depends on your research questions/needs.

Hope this helps,
